Candids make good pictures. Some people advocate wide angle
lenses, but I'm chicken, I use a long lens.

This is a group of workmen re-building a funfair at Scarborough
during the close season. They were on their lunch break.

I thought there was a shot, and this is it. Taken quickly at the
long end of a 70/210 zoom and using a monopod. I always pre-focus
at close to the right distance, and modern auto focus SLR's make
this much easier. 



As you can see, I was spotted, but had a head start !
